We hope you love The Buggy Running Club's product. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.
This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work when purchasing products from The Buggy Running Club.
Change of Mind Returns
If purchase an item from us online, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your purchase.
You must let us know that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us
Return Conditions
You are welcome to try on the clothing to check the fit and sizing, as you would in a shop.
When returning an item we ask it is:
Unworn, other than trying on
Unwashed
In a resalable condition
Returned with any original tags or labels
If an item has been worn or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, and it is no longer in a condition to resell, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.
Return Postage
For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage until your order has been received back to us.
The Buggy Running club cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost before reaching us.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
Where you statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within 14 days of recieving the returned goods. Your refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, please contact us to discuss availability. Where an exchange is available, you will be responsible for returning the original item to us. If your preferred replacement size is unavailable, we will arrange a refund where applicable instead.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We take care preparing and checking orders, but if you do revieve an item that is faulty, damaged, not as described, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide details and photos of the issue so we can investigate as soon as possible.
Where goods are rejected because they are faulty or damaged, The Buggy Running Club will cover reasonable return costs. This is separate from our change of mind returns process and does not affect your statutory rights.

We will then provide you with the relevant return instructions. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under UK consumer law, including the Consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, the latter will apply.
Shipping Policy
Please note- All items are purchased on a pre-order basis. For items purchased between 25/09- 04/10 we aim to have these dispatched to you no later than the week of 19/10.
Delivery
All orders are shipped using the Evri courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, Evri aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that delivery times are an estimate by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Delays by the courier, adverse weather, busy seasonal periods or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can follow it's journey
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is complete and accurate The Buggy Running Club cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout. If you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact The Buggy Running Club and we will do our best to help investigate the delivery with Evri.
UK Mainland Delivery Only
At present, The Buggy Running Club ships to UK mainland only. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally.
